While the property’s original course (now called the Championship Course) is known for its world-class challenge, Wild Times offers a very different, more rugged experience — deeply rooted in nature and designed for both adventure and social rounds. As you enter through a towering 25-foot pergola, you're greeted by nine stocked lakes shimmering in the sunlight, wildflower meadows, winding creeks, and whimsical dinosaur and safari animal sculptures. Wildlife abounds: bald eagles, red-tailed hawks, blue herons, and coyotes and many deer make this retreat feel like a nature preserve as much as a disc golf destination. Opened in late 2024, Wild Times is an exhilarating par 64 disc golf course spanning 8,400 feet through the enchanting wilderness. Nestled amidst dense woods, this course promises an adrenaline-fueled adventure with its dramatic elevation changes and captivating water hazards. Prepare to navigate through winding fairways and conquer challenging but manicured fairways, all while immersing yourself in the raw beauty of nature. Whether you're a seasoned pro or a newcomer to the sport, Wild Times offers an unforgettable journey through the heart of disc golf excitement. Brace yourself for a wild ride unlike any other. One of the most dramatic holes is Hole 11, known as “King of the Hill,” where the tee shot requires climbing nearly 100 feet in elevation — a steep, demanding uphill that rewards power and precision. The course’s character is intentionally more natural and less manicured than the Championship layout. Rather than wide, open avenues, you’ll find tight wooded corridors, creek crossings, and rugged fairways that challenge both beginners and seasoned players. In addition to its technical challenge, Wild Times is equipped with solid amenities: Extra-large concrete tees, the Abyss nub-less baskets, directional signage, and porta-potties throughout. Wild Times is rated “hard” in difficulty, and the typical round takes about 3 hours to play. Despite its challenge, the course has earned high praise — it averages 4.9 out of 5 stars from hundreds of reviews, particularly for its scenery, design variety, and overall fun factor. Reviewers highlight its shot variety, tight fairways, and “incredible and unforgettable” holes. Players frequently mention that Wild Times is a welcome complement to the Championship Course — it feels more intimate, wild, and technical in a way that emphasizes shot-shaping and natural lines. For those who want a scenic, challenging, but relaxed and fun round, Wild Times delivers. Booking a tee time is recommended. The course is pay-to-play, and there’s an optional day pass upgrade, Which is only available when checking in to play. The Day Pass allows unlimited play on both Wild Times and the Championship Course: Note: The course is almost always open, so if no tee times appear available, just call to book your rounds or to enquire about any questions you may have.
