About the Course ***UNDER CONSTRUCTION*** Built 2026 The wayfinder signs are not installed yet, but the course is 95% in it is playable. This is a beginner-friendly course for all skill levels. Mostly flat with few obstacles. This includes mature trees with out-of-bounds, hazards, mandos, an island hole, elevated baskets, and hanging baskets. The first 11 holes are on the front of the property. Hole 12 shoots the gap into the back half of the property. The last few holes utilize out-of-bounds to make it more challenging for skilled players. Hole lengths range from sub-200 to over 300+. We are asking that play not happen on Sunday mornings during our worship services until 1:00 PM. This course is open to the public and not just for church members. This is the first of several projects to have availible for the public. How penalties work on this course (based on PDGA rules 804.01, 806.02, 806.05): ~Out-of-bounds (OB): One penalty throw. Play from up to one meter inbounds from the point where your disc last crossed the OB line, or replay from your previous lie. The OB line itself is part of the OB area. All roads, driveways, sidewalks and parking areas are OB. ~Hazard: One penalty throw. Play from where your disc comes to rest - a hazard never moves your lie. ~Mandatory ("mando"): Your disc must pass on the marked side of the mando object. If any part of your disc crosses to the wrong side in flight, you have missed it — no matter where the disc ends up. A miss is one penalty throw, then play from the marked drop zone. A disc that comes to rest short of the mando has not missed it; the mando still applies on your next throw. If a throw misses the mando and also lands OB, take one penalty throw and play from the drop zone. Roofs: Any disc that comes to rest on a roof is OB. Never climb.
