Lake Julian
Buncombe County, NC
The course follows the shore of beautiful Lake Julian. It is moderately hilly and heavily wooded, with water coming into play on many holes (holes 1–4 and 21–23). It features a mix of long and short holes, with most holes playing through wooded terrain and punishing rough. Elevation changes are a consistent part of the course. Basket locations may change from week to week. WNCDGA hosts a weekly club event on Wednesday afternoons. Check their Facebook page for current details. Course History: The course was established in 2013. Changes to the property in 2019 required a temporary redesign that included overlapping holes. In late 2022, the property was restored for disc golf, allowing the current 24-hole layout to be established without overlapping holes.
